Today we are excited to share some beautiful photographs of Rochelle and Kirk’s Listowel Park engagement session.
We asked them a few questions about their story, these are their answers.
Tell me about how you met?
Rochelle’s Answer
“We first met online ☺️ then we met up at the baseball diamond at the Listowel park. And spent the next 3 almost 4 hours talking and getting to know one another. Then he walked me to my car and kissed me before I drove off.”
Kirk’s Answer
“We met on Plenty of fish and talked then actually met in person in Listowel park and just chatted for like 2 hours”
Tell me about your first date?
Rochelle’s Answer
“Our first date was July 13, 2015, I met him at his dad’s place. Then he took me out for ice cream at ala mode in Drayton. I wasn’t sure what I was feeling at the time I only knew it was different than what I ever felt for a guy before.”
Kirk’s Answer
“I invited her over and hanged out then went to get smoothies. Then we went back and watch episodes of rent which was awesome.”
When did you know your fiance was the one?
Rochelle’s Answer
“Our first Christmas together December 2015. It was our first Christmas after we woke up Christmas morning together. I knew then that this was the guy I want to share the rest of my Christmases with.”
Kirk’s Answer
“Idk lol I just one day looked over at her and realised she was the one”
What do you admire about your fiance?
Rochelle’s Answer
“I admire his carefree nature. I wish I had more of that myself”
Kirk’s Answer
“Her ability to go beyond and just do things”
What three best qualities best describe your fiance?
Rochelle’s Answer
Kirk’s Answer
“Stubborn tough and persistent”
What are your dreams for your marriage?
Rochelle’s Answer
“Trusting, loyal, honesty”
Kirk’s Answer
“Plan to own a house and have 2 kids and grow old together”
And finally, what are you most excited about on your wedding day?
Rochelle’s Answer
“I’m looking forward to the whole experience because never in my life have I really seen myself getting married. And the whole experience is a pretty big deal to me.”
Kirk’s Answer
“Being able to see my wife smiling and looking the most beautiful ever knowing she’ll be my partner and friend till the end of time. Knowing the even with all the ups and downs that I can know she said yes to me and wants me by her side forever”
